Once you have completed the Gymstart program or if you are already confident with your gym technique you might like to do some ongoing supervised personal or group training sessions with one of our Performance Physio’s.
Individual sessions: 30 minutes
Small Group sessions (Up to 3 people): 45 minutes
*If you have not completed our GymStart program, you will be required to do a 1 hour initial assessment to screen for any current injuries or risks and to assess your current level of competence – this is for your safety and to maximise your benefit from training.
Feel free to warm up and cool down in our gym before and after your session – treadmill, exercise bike, whole body vibration, hypervibe foam roller, Dr Graeme massage tool, whole body vibration relaxation bed.
