ABOUT MILLIE
Millie is a Physiotherapist, Pilates Instructor and Dance Physiotherapist at PhysioTec Salisbury, with a strong passion for supporting dancers and performers both in the studio and on stage. With a background in sport and the performing arts, Millie brings a deep understanding of the physical demands placed on active bodies.
She has a special interest in dance health and safe training practices, and is known for her work in Pre-Pointe Assessments—proudly describing herself as a “pointe shoe nerd.” Millie loves helping dancers feel confident and prepared as they transition to pointe, combining tailored strengthening programs with specific shoe recommendations.
Outside the clinic, you’ll likely find Millie at an open ballet class, enjoying time with friends and family, or supporting her local community in Tarragindi, often at a Souths Rugby Union game or grabbing a smoothie at Todd & Pupp.
