Brisbane Hypermobility Assessment

Find out how hypermobility is impacting your life

hypermobility-stretch

➡ Are you (or were you) naturally more flexible than others?

➡ Do you experience joint pain or feelings of instability?

➡ Wondering whether these things are linked?

Physical activity is important for health, but people with hypermobility face added challenges.

Engaging in physical activity is important for health, but for people with hypermobility, doing so can come with additional challenges. Hypermobility gives joints extra flexibility, which can contribute to their instability, discomfort, and increased risk of injury, all of which disrupt regular activities and exercise.

People with hypermobility therefore need to focus on keeping their joints controlled and strong, especially during high load activities. Understanding what this means, and how this can be done is often the hardest part, and so finding an expert to help guide you is crucial.
