Starting or returning to the gym or heavier physical activity at work or sport, can be worrying if you've had a previous injury or might be at risk of injury. Our physiotherapists can develop a safe and effective exercise plan, and will ensure you can exercise with confidence and optimal technique.

SUPERVISED GYM TRAINING WITH A PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Our strength and conditioning physiotherapists can develop a gym program for you and provide supervised training in our gym. Even once you are attending your own local gym, you might like to visit regularly for check and progressions, or on a 6-8 weekly basis to alter the program to maintain adequate stimulus and shift your training to suit your next goal or phase of training.

CLASSES

We offer clinical pilates classes as small group classes with individualised programmes, or slightly larger circuit classes encompassing a whole body approach.
